FOUNDER | CEO
Laurina E. Anderson is a retired U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to serving others through her talents, faith, and creativity. With 23 years of honorable military service, Laurina achieved the rank of Sergeant First Class and served as a Combat Medic and Recruiter, earning prestigious awards such as the Glen E. Morel Award. Her leadership extended beyond her military duties, as she also held key roles in Equal Employment Opportunity, Sexual Harassment Assault/Rape Prevention, and Unit Drug and Alcohol Coordination.
After retiring from the Army in 2014, Laurina channeled her passion for service into civilian life. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management and a Master of Public Administration in Homeland Security from Wayland Baptist University, where she earned the prestigious Master of Public Administration Award. Laurina is now pursuing a Master of Divinity to expand her ability to support underserved communities.
As the founder of Lady Day Custom Creations, Laurina combines her entrepreneurial spirit with her creative talents to offer catering, custom printing, and beauty consultation services. Her mission is to deliver excellence, foster connections, and create unforgettable experiences for her clients. Laurina is also deeply involved in her faith community, serving as the Evangelism Team Lead, Praise and Worship Leader, and children’s ministry teacher at Cowboys for Jesus Church in Fischer, Texas.
Laurina’s dedication to giving back extends to her family ministry, The Ruth and Naomi House, which supports men and women in need. She and her husband, Richard Anderson Jr., are proud parents of four children and grandparents to three, and they actively impact the next generation through their roles in the Comal Independent School District.
Through her culinary skills, creativity, and unwavering commitment to service, Laurina Anderson continues to make a lasting impact on her community, inspiring others with her dedication to excellence and faith.
